ORDERS:

 

- Can I track my order once it's shipped out?

Yes. You will recieve a tracking number once the package has left our store and you will be able to follow it's way until it get there.

 

- Can I place an order by paying on delivery?

No. I do not accept cash on delivery, but you can always pay with your Paypal account wich allows cancellation at any time.

 

- Can I purchase any design that is no longer available at the online shop?

Yes. If you find any design of ours that you'd like to get (at our blog, Internet or Social Network), and it is no longer available at the shop, you can still purchase it. In that event send us an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com

 

PERSONALIZATION AND CUSTOM DESIGNS:

 

- Can I personalize a product with any text I'd like?

Yes. You can custom any product, adding, changing or eliminating a text, adding names and date, etc. In that event send us an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com and we will tell you what to do.

 

- Can I personalize a product wih names or dates?

- Can I personalize a product with a custom design?

- Can I order a completly customized design?

- What does text personalization costs?

Adding, changing or eliminating a text in any product is free. We will not overcharge your order for that king of personalization.

 

- What does design personalization costs?

The price of adding, changing or eliminating a design of any product, or ordering a completly new and customized design will depend on what king of customization you want to do. In that event send us an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com and we will give you further information.

- Can I purchase a wall decal in a different color?

Yes. As well as all products of our shop, wall decals can also be customized. If you want any design in a different color just send us an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com and we will tell you what to do.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

 

- Can I recieve my order any faster than what shows on your web page information?

Yes. In some cases it is possible to sheep up fabrication and shipping time. If you want your order to be sooner at home, send us an e-mail (before you place your order) to hello@vagalumedesigns.com and we will tell you what to do.

 

- What is the shipping time to custom orders?

Text personalization custom orders do not take any longer than usual orders.

Custom designs do take more time, and may vary depending on the design. If you need more information on that, please send us an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com
