We want you to be happy about your purchase.

You will be able to cancel your order as long as it's situation isn't changed to "sent". In case of cancellation, you will be refunded by the same payment methods you used in the first place (Paypal, credit card or bank transfer). To proceed to cancellation please write to hello.vagalume@gmail.com with your order information.

Once your order is changed to "sent", the only option is return.

If the return is due to a mistake of ours (not matching the description of your purchase, or a defective product, for example). We will take care of picking up the package and sending another one or refund total amount of your purchase if you choose this option. In this event, please send an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com with your order information and we will tell you what to do.

If the return is due to any other reason (you changed your mind or it was a mistake of yours, for example), you have 14 calendar days to return the product(s), starting from the day you recieved it. In that case, shipping won't be refunded, and all the return shipping and new shipping costs will be beared by costumer. In this event please send an e-mail to hello@vagalumedesigns.com with your order information.

Return and refund Policy

Return must take place in the 14 calendar days following the reception day in the following conditions.

  • Product(s) must be returned in the exact same conditions as they were recieved (perfect conditions) and on it's original packaging.
  • Shipping costs do not count as product amount (refund will only carry product amount), and possible new shipping charges will be paid by costumer.
  • Once we recieve the returned package and make sure it is in perfect conditions we will proceed to make the refund.
  • We will refund the product amount via the same payment method client used for the original transaction.
  • • Costumer will be refunded exactly the same amount paid in the original transaction (sales, discounts or any cupons applied will be maintained).
  • Customized products cannot be returned and won't be refund.
  • To comply with the period of returns, both, the notification concerning the return (via e-mail) and product return (via transport agency) must be sent before deadline expires. (Otherwise refund will not take place).

Refund will only take place if product(s) are returned on it's original package and in the perfect conditions, otherwise (if the products are damaged, wrecked, used or dirty...) we won't refund the purchase and the only option will be new shipment of the same products (on this event, costumer will carry new shipping costs).
